Inspiro Infotech built the Effezzient app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Inspiro Infotech and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use

For an enhanced experience using our Service, we may request personally identifiable information such as Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Contact list (Phonebook). You may opt to use a selfie as your Effezzient profile picture. Additionally, for services where users visit clients, capturing pictures during site visits and for attendance purposes using selfies. Effezzient requests permission for CAMERA and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. Rest assured, all information collected is retained and used as described in our privacy policy.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Effezzient, We may collect the following information, with Your prior permission:

• Information from your Device's phone book (contacts list)
  We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.


• App Integration feature of Effezzient, connects to applications like Facebook, Gmail, and IndiaMART with Your permission and authorization. This feature helps You manage your leads of various social media and other sources from one centralized place.
  The information collected from Your Google, IndiaMART, or Facebook account strictly stays in Your company's records and is not visible to anyone outside it.


• Background Location feature of Effezzient is used by only company's designated Supervisors and Sales Managers. Supervisor look at their service engineer’s current location to assign him a newly generated calls on his current location’s near by area. Similarly, Sales manager’s need his sales executive’s current location to add new customer to visit in his nearby areas. For these purposes, designated Supervisors/Sales Manager sends silent notification from website to App for fetch and send engineer’s current location to the web server running on AWS.

Limited Use requirements

Effezzient's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data:

• The Effezzient app will only use access to read Gmail message bodies (including attachments) and settings to provide a feature that allows users to read emails from the Effezzient app and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.


• The Effezzient app will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.


• The Effezzient app will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the Effezzient app's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. Be assured that the safety of your data is of utmost importance to us and that is why Effezzient is hosted on trusted cloud service providers like AWS by Amazon!
But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
