Responsibility (KRA):

Definition: Key result areas or KRAs refer to thegeneral metrics or parameters which the organisation has fixed for a specific role. The term outlines the scope of the job profile and captures almost 80% of a work role.

Menu > Modules> Responsibility (KRAs)
1.The plus button allows you to create new KRAs.
2.Person names can be searched by typing them into the search box.
3.For a clear filter, click here.
4.This option can be used for replicating KRA.
5.You can export all KRA data to Excel by clicking here.
6.Extract KRA detail by clicking here.
7.Extract KRA time entry by clicking here.
8.A new time entry can be added by clicking the plus button.
9.You can export your time entry to Excel by clicking here.
10.From here, you can edit KRA.
11.From here, you can delete KRA.
12.Here is where you can edit the Time Entry.
13.From here, you can delete Time Entry.
1.KRA Owner selection. (Default login user).
2.The name of the KRA assignee.
3.Estimation time for KRAs. This can be in HH:MM format.
4.Name the KRA that you assign to each user.
5.Click on the plus button to add a new KRA name.
6.Additional information can be added in the remarks.
7.The KRA point is useful to describe the performance of an employee.
8.Here you can select the KRA Start date and time.
9.If you choose all day, the time option will be disabled and you can work on this KRA at any time of the day.
10.If you select daily, this KRA will accrue daily based on the time you selected.
11.The user is notified before the KRA starts at the time selected.
12.YHere you can select the notification type. (Popups, Emails, etc.)
13.You can save data by clicking the save button.
14.After saving data, you can close the form by clicking the close button.
1.Enter new KRA name here.
2.Save the new KRA name with the save button.

4.Edit the existing KRA names here.
5.Delete the existing KRA names here.
1.You can select entry type from list
2.Time entry date. You can select from date popup.
3.Specify a time which one you spend in this KRA for complete. You can specify time in Hours and minutes format.
4.Billable option for hour base charging customer. If you tick that option then you can check client wise total hours in report.
5.You can type remarks here regarding to this KRA.
5.You can save data with this button.
5.Close Popup window.
1.If you can select operating frequency like weekly for weekly occurred KRAs.
2.You can select week days like Monday, Tuesday Wednesday etc. you cal also select multiple values in week days.
3.You can also select numeric value in recurs every (week). If you select 1 then this KRA recurs every week days which one you select in week days. If you select 2 then this KRA recurs week days but its skip one week and then recurs next week.
4.You can also select KRAs end schedules like Never, After Number of occurrence and Fix date.
Never: This option for never ending KRAs.
After number of occurrence: If you select 10 then this KRAs occurred 10 time according to its frequency and then automatically end this KRAs.
Fix date: If you select Fix date then this KRAs ends on than date.
1.Operating frequency monthly.
Recurs every (month): This option for monthly occurrence or skipping a month for one or one to more months.
If select 1 in this field then this KRA occurred Every month.
IF you select 2 then this KRA skip one month then occurred next in month.
1.Month date option.
Month Date: This option is for selecting a specify date in month frequency and you can also select a multiple date in this features.
If you select 12 and 24 then this KRA occurred 12 and 24 date.
1.Operating frequency monthly.

3. Month day: This option is for selecting a specify day in week like Monday, Tuesday etc. You can also select a multiple day in selection.
4.You can also select a first, second, third, fourth and last day in selection. You can also select a multiple item in selection.
