7.You can select product here which are mapped in selected customer.
8. You can add new product for selected customer.
9. You can select call type here.
10.Click check box for all day task.
11.Start date and time.
12.End date and time.
13. You can write complain title here.
14.You can write reported problem here.
15.You can add voice note for reported problem here.
1. You can write machine number here.

3.You can complaint type from list
4. You can select branch from list
5.You can select allocation from list
6. You can select engineer from list. Engineer list depend on branch selection.
7.You can select priority from list
8. You can add write addition information in remarks option.
