1. Go to Modules Tasks > Tasks from side menu
2. Click on “Add”button
3. You can see Task Entry from like below
4. If you click on , “Save new” then again you can see task entry form like below
5. If you click on , “Save”you can add Comment or see history
1. Go to Task list page from Tasks > Tasks
2. Click on “Edit”icon and that will redirect you to below screen
3. Go to sub task tab
4. Click on ““Add” icon to add new sub task
5. Below you can see Sub task entry form. Save subtask. You can save multiple sub task as well
1. Go to task list by clicking Tasks > Tasks from side menu That will redirect you to below screen
2. Go to History tab
3. Click on Upload file icon
4. Select file from your desktop
5. Click on , Upload files button. You can attach multiple files. If you have selected wrong file you can delete existing file by clicking on Delete button and select new file again
6. You can see the “Success” message and attached document in history and document tab
In document tab, you can attach files by using file icon.
1. Go to task list by clicking Tasks > Tasks from side menu
That will redirect you to below screen
2. Go to Time entry tab
3. Add time entry by clicking on Add icon
4. Add Date and time in hours and Minutes with appropriate Comment
5. You can add multiple time entry for single task. You can see list of time entry.
2. Click on Edit icon. It will redirect you to below screen. You can edit task but it is based on rights
1. Go to Tasks > Completed Tasks (Assigned to me) from side menu
3. You can add comments in Comment box
4. In history tab you can see attached documents, comments, time entry done by task members. It is communication screen like WhatsApp between task members
5. You can set comment notification manually by clicking check box against “send notification”. It will send your comment notification to other task members
6. You can set followup date and time in case of followup of task.
2. If you want to delete task, click on “delete” button. Give the confirmation and that task will be deleted
2. Write task name in Search box and you will get the results
